Just received our iBoost today and very impressed with the way it works.

No idea if it's better than much cheaper wifi repeaters though but very pleased with the performance so far.

No connection with the company.

:)Fully agree. We bought last year but only used it this trip.Sat in remote west of Scotland with no mobile phone signal but getting BT/Fon perfectly and able to use bt smarttalk for phone calls. Great piece of kit. Only improvement would be to fit stainless steel bolts on mount for aerial. Rusty after 4 weeks!
Cheers

Not long enough, but a little common sense helps..........
Used it all over Spain, Portugal, france, Germany and UK - works a treat and to date longest distance from wifi to iBoost is 3.5km line of sight and got 4mb down and 1mb up.

One of the best things we have bought for the MH.

Ours has been brilliant for the last ten weeks albeit we have only been parked near Bridlington and in Todmorden but at both locations and we have had perfect BT Openzone. We are off to Cheshire tomorrow and soon of to France, Spain and Portugal so it will get a fair trial but as yet it has paid for itself already

Wwhat does it say on the box?

I don't know now as I thrown away the box, but it certainly picks up WiFi if it's about all you need after that is something like a BT broadband account or FON and you should be sorted

Logged into FON WiFi in Settle.

Have had directional I boost a year or so now , great bit of kit. The times where site wi fi is only in reception, I boost saves the walk (y)

Went on to Amazon and put in Iboost, came up with all sorts! What am I looking for? I know its something to help my WiFi but does it have a brand name?

One year. A whole one!
I've been using mine since yesterday morning. Five of us are on it for the cost of one site wifi subscription.

Most impressed!

Still working, just arrived at Cotton Arms near Nantwich and straight on to Openzone so another day when we do not need to use the credit on the 3 mifi.
Incidently the 3 signal is almost useless here.
Going to Marbury Park next if the i Boost works there I will be flabergasted

First time mine has failed but we are at Marbury Park and as yet no one even has a phone signal so not surprising. Only I have internet via my three mifi and that has to be sat way up on the van roof and does keep goingj off
