My wife needs to subscribe how does she do this now please as PayPal does not work on this new layout ?

spouses do not need to pay, (unless that's changed) Paypal works fine I just renewed my membership via paypal. Just let Jim know her user name

Yes if you are registered then Colin can have his own log in, Ed has his Is
Ed Earl, not that he uses it, just pm (or start a conversation) as it is now.
