Well lets see if this works, did a nice ten mile round our local forest tonight and stopped to take some pics.

Now that IS smart Gerry...........

............carry a camera with you whilst running so that you can take several 15 minute breaks in order that you compose each picture just so.......

You've worked it out Griff, I needed an excuse last night as it was roasting and I didn't run until 9pm. I normally take pics so Lorraine believes I've been running and not in the pub
