Couldn't have put it better myself, we thought the aire very expensive for what you get, btw thought they charged us twelve euros, but it is the only one close enough to walk to town .Been there once and won't go back.. not for us..
The town is certainly pretty, well worth a walk round, with many old timber buildings, and the aire is certainly close to town.. but that's where it ends..
The aire is a huge dusty busy carpark, overpriced and crowded with a shortage of EHU sockets.. the cafe's and restaurants are very expensive..
one to visit.. and one to leave .. I put it on the same list as Mont St Michel .. tacky and touristy

have put it on our list for next week....We always stay on this site at Honfleur, much nicer than the aire and just as close to the centre.
