Has anybody come across padded covers for the armrests on driver and passenger seats in a 2014 Peugeot-based MH?

Ebay have a small selection of leather covers but I'm looking for something that will give the seats a bit more comfort for the old elbows.

On and off for many years.
It shouldn't be too difficult to make them. Matching the fabric to the rest of the upholstery would be the biggest headache.

Are your armrests padded at all? We have a 2013 Peugeot based Autosleeper with nicely padded armrests. I thought they were all the same basic seats.

Allan

All Majestics seem to have the same cab seats with basic armrests,

We bought new seat covers and wanted new arm rest covers too, but they just gave me some material to make my own. Then I read about ski socks (tube so no heel) and I thought great ideal. But I've still not done anything about it, so I'll watch this thread with interest as I'm sure somebody helpful will eventually turn up.

Good luck.

If you get Tappers to recover your seats they will do the armrests too. Could be worth contacting them to see if they could recover your armrests in something that coordinates with your existing fabric, it probably would not be possible to match it.
(other upholstery firms are available)

Have you tried ringing Autosleeper? They may have spare armrest covers, they might even be in the correct fabric

I never use mine in my car, nor did I in the RV .. if my elbows are on the armrests my hands can't reach the correct position on the wheel..

Can you drive safely using armrests .... or are we only talking about using when parked. ?
