Apologies to all for my non- appearance as quiz master this evening.pp5:
Due to a wasp sting yesterday to which I had an allergic reaction, I was dosed up with strong anti-histamines, and I'm afraid I fell asleep. I had little sleep with it last night which didn't help. However, I did set all the questions this morning, as I said, so if you will all forgive me I will do it next week!

Thanks Tofo - it's a bit better this morning - but not much! It's so long since I had a wasp sting I can't remember how I reacted last time.

(I did kill the b***er though!)

It's an ill wind - couldn't make last night's quiz as I was taking part in one 'IRL' as I believe the yoof say. And won it. And came home with a 5 litre keg of excellent beer strapped to the bike.

As beekeeper who is fairly allergic to bee stings i can thoroughly recommend Apisyl which can be purchased from most good chemists and some bad ones in France. Well worth the 6 euros.

Hope you are feeling better, stings can be a real problem and need to be taken seriously.
