Just signed up to giff gaff. Bought a pack for 12 quid but can't get it to work in my mifi. Any clues to what I have done wrong or what info you need to find out what I have done wrong? TIA:thumb:

Looking at their site, the only seem to do phone sims rather than data only sims.

Also their data at 20p per Mb seems expensive compared to most.

Try the help forums

You won't be able to phone them it's all internet based
I think for £12.00 you get unlimited data
But on a smart phone with unlimited texts
And calls to other giffgaff members
All the info is there but it's a big rummage to find it

You can buy internet data as a separate package
But not two types of goody bags on one sim

Try a question on the forum you will get some replies
If it's attractive to other members and you link it back to yourself
Your inbox fills fast
Plus they pay you for asking as such via payback

"Mobile Internet is charged at no more than 20p a day (up to 20MB). If you go over 20MB, you'll be charged extra at 20p/MB"
this is for mobile phone access, they also do something called gigabags for data sim cards Broken Link Removed

Have you unlocked your mifi?
Have you definitely got a data sim?
Have you put your sim into the mifi correctly?
Have you turned your mifi on?
Have you set up the APN settings etc for the Giff Gaff sim correctly?

Double check everything just to be safe!

Have no problems with Giffgaff myself. I use giga bag £5 in my iPad and it lasts me 4 weeks of careful use in UK.
Can only agree with previous posts, it will probably be something simple.

my mifi only recognised o2, orange, 3 etc.
as GG piggyback o2, but are seperate i failed to get any joy connecting.
i just stick my phone out the sunroof on a pole and connect via my tablet.
