Ah, so you have been there, too!
I had a situation with my Volvo estate towing a whopping great caravan driving down a two lane road with cars parked both sides - scraping both wing mirrors as I passed them - when a Fiat Cinquecento just drove towards me, head on - and simply didn't stop until he was about ½ inch away from my front bumper - and demanded that I reverse out of his way!
It was interesting, to say the least - but I didn't reverse!
